Terms of sale

Short version: we distribute the release you approve, we report what happened, and we do not promise editorial coverage. The detail is below.

1. What you are buying

You are buying distribution of a press release to a list of publishers and syndication partners, plus the editorial review and reporting described in the package you chose on the pricing page. Site counts are the size of the target list, not a guaranteed number of live pickups, except where a package names a specific guaranteed placement such as USA Today.

2. What we do not promise

We cannot promise journalist interest, social sharing, sales, search rankings, or that a publisher will keep a page online forever. Publishers make their own editorial choices and some remove or archive syndicated material without notice.

3. Your content, your responsibility

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, that the facts in it are accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We can decline or pause a release that looks misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or likely to breach a publisher's rules. Financial and health copy gets extra scrutiny; that is for your protection as much as ours.

4. Approval and changes

Nothing goes out before you approve the final wording. Once distribution has started we cannot recall copies already published, though we will request removal from publishers where a genuine error exists.

5. Payment

Single releases are paid before distribution. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month and run month to month; cancel with 14 days notice before the next billing date. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes you owe locally.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation before distribution is refunded in full. After distribution, see the refund policy, which explains the cases we do refund.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the release or the monthly plan cycle in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost opportunity.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force is the one published when you place your order. Questions go through the contact form.
